Deaths of note from around the world:

Bill Nunn, 63: A veteran character actor whose credits ranged from the “Spider-Man” movie franchise to such Spike Lee films as “Do the Right Thing” and “He Got Game.” Died Saturday at his home in Pittsburgh.

Max Mannheimer, 96: A Holocaust survivor, who dedicated his life in post-war Germany to fighting anti-Semitism, spent two years being held in different death camps. Died Friday at Munich hospital.
