Crews are planning to put an asphalt overlay next week on Erickson Road from Powell Butte Road to Dickey Road.

The exact date of the work on the one-mile stretch depends upon the weather, according to a news release from Deschutes County. The 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. project by contract crews is expected to take two days and is supposed to be done by the end of next week.

Traffic will be restricted to one lane, and drivers may encounter delays of up to 20 minutes during construction, the release said.
