• Emily Karben joins InFocus EyeCare, of Bend, as an optometrist. Karben received her bachelor’s degree from Pacific University and completed her optometry residency at the Portland Veterans Hospital. She practices comprehensive and preventative eye care and works with patients that have ocular diseases.

• Physician Kristi Angevine has joined East Cascade Women’s Group in Bend. Angevine practices obstetrics and gynecology with a focus in preventative health and laparoscopic surgery.

• Janelle Strom has joined East Cascade Women’s Group as one of its new physicians. She will provide women with health care support and services.

• Physician Regan Gage has joined East Cascade Women’s Group where she will practice obstetrics and gynecology. Gage specializes in obstetrics, contraception, holistic approaches to medical care and minimally invasive surgery.

• Julie Wheir has joined East Cascade Women’s Group as a physician. She is interested in delivering babies and minimally invasive surgery.
