Loretta passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer. She was born in Spokane, WA, 82 years ago. She graduated from Punahou High School in Hawaii and later attended the University of Oregon.

Loretta is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Frank H. Kline of Eagle Crest; sons, John Rawls and Richard Rawls of Whidbey Island, WA; daughter, Sue Carter of Portland, OR; and sister, Marni Herkes of Kona, HI; along with stepchildren, Cheri Teuscher of Creswell, OR; Janice Thayer of Warren, OR; and Marc Kline of Hillsboro, OR; Judy Whiteman of Warren, OR; and many grandchildren.

Loretta will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at the VFW Post 4108 located at 1836 SW Veterans Way, Redmond, OR, (541-548-4108) on Saturday, March 25 at 11:30 AM. Luncheon to follow the service and will be provided by the Post Ladies Auxiliary.
