Upscale steakhouse — Bos Taurus, downtown Bend’s long-awaited boutique steakhouse, will open its doors tomorrow night. Executive chef George Morris offers wagyu and other steaks sourced from across the West and Australia, with a half-dozen sauces and add-ons. The top-end menu also has seafood and other dishes, including a vegetarian entree. Reservations are essential. The restaurant seats about 40 upstairs and downstairs, with additional bar seating.
