New chops — The former Latigo fine-dining restaurant in Sisters has reopened under new ownership as Chops Bistro. Partners Tracy Syanovitz, who runs the front of the house, and chef Grant Dixson are offering a revised menu with emphasis on such meats as pork chops, lamb chops and a bone-in rib-eye.
