Lawgates

James and Cathy (Estill) Lawgates, of Bend, celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary May 5.

The couple were married in 1982 in London, and spent much of their honeymoon traveling through Europe. They have no children, but plenty of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Lawgates works as a produce clerk. He enjoys traveling and living in Central Oregon. Mrs. Lawgates is a title examiner and yoga instructor. She is an avid reader and yoga enthusiast.

They have lived in Bend for 25 years.
