• Paramount Residential Mortgage Group has scheduled a ribbon-cutting at 4:15 p.m. Thursday at its new location, 965 SW Emkay Dr.
• Heart of Oregon Corps met its goal and raised $400,000 to modernize its fleet of vehicles and equipment. Numerous local businesses and foundations contributed to the effort.
• Lucy’s Taco Shop, 32 SW Sixth St., Redmond, filed an application with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission Aug. 2 as a new outlet for a commercial establishment, full on-premises sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises.
• Level State Beerhouse, 435 SW Evergreen Ave. No. 2, Redmond, filed an application with the OLCC Aug. 29 as a new outlet for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises.
• Thump Coffee, 549 NW York Drive, Bend, filed an application Aug. 29 with the OLCC as a new outlet for a limited on-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off-premises consumption.

Main St., Prineville, filed an application Aug. 31 with the OLCC for an additional privilege, a full commercial establishment on-premises sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises.
