Milt Anderson

May 27, 1928 – November 21, 2017

Milt Anderson, the best ever husband, dad, papa, friend, and neighbor, was born in Two Harbors, Minnesota, on May 27, 1928, and left us on November 21, 2017. We are so thankful he was in our world for almost 90 years.

He loved and was loved by Mary Lou, his wife of 65 years; three children Debi Maudlin, Cathy Anderson, and Robert (Debbie) Anderson; four grands, Andrew and Ami Maudlin, Mackenzie and Carson Anderson; and three greats, Delaney, Abigail, and Spencer Maudlin.

Milt enjoyed the 35 years he worked at Pacific Power, where he made life long friends.

As a member of the Bend Sunrise Lions Club, he was project leader for giving American flags to every first grader in Bend for so many years that recently, the teacher told him, “I still have the one you gave me when I was a first grader.” It was one of the most rewarding things he did and he was very proud to do that.
