Redmond cantina — Roberto Cardeñas, founder of the Rio restaurants in Sisters and Madras, has taken his “distinctive Mexican cuisine” to Redmond with the opening of Mi Cantina. Creative tapas and casual meals are served afternoons and evenings. The cantina appeals to the region’s Latino community in its selection of live dance music, supplemented by karaoke and a
