Bend chef Joe Kim to be honored

Bend chef honored — Joe Kim, executive chef and co-owner of 5 Fusion & Sushi Bar in downtown Bend, will be a guest chef at New York’s renowned Eleven Madison Park toward the end of January, and at the acclaimed Manresa in Los Gatos, California, in late February. The New York restaurant was chosen No. 1 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy in 2017.
