Who: Jennifer Diehl’s art show, “Bending Light,” is on display at Mockingbird Gallery in Bend through January. There will be an artist’s reception 5-9 p.m. Friday.

Jennifer Diehl is an accomplished Oregon oil painter. She spent extensive time studying with artist Henry Stinson. Diehl also studied art at the Northwest Artist School, Northern Arizona University and Scottsdale Artists’ School. Many of her paintings capture popular Central Oregon locales and natural landscapes. She has received several awards at the Oregon Lavender Paint Out in recent years.
