Her menu at Thailandia includes traditional Thai soups such as Tom Kha and Tom Yum. Tom Kha is a flavorful, semi-sweet and sour coconut milk soup. Tom Yum is a spicy and sour, shrimp paste soup. Both soups are made with lemon grass, galangal, lime leaves, lime juice, carrots, broccoli, onion, zucchini, tomato and mushrooms. They are filling, healthy and satisfying on a winter day.
