Where to GO! for a sandwich

It was a close competition for where to go for a sandwich in Central Oregon, with Jackson’s Corner coming out on top. The Bend dining establishment has a delicious list of breakfast and lunch sammies for customers to enjoy. The crowd favorite being the steak sandwich, which is filled with Imperial Stock Ranch steak with a Cajun rub, blue cheese mayo, caramelized onions and mozzarella.

The fresh ingredients at Jackson’s Corner made it a stand-out in this category. Except for gluten-free, all of the breads for the sandwiches are freshly baked at the restaurant, and the aolis and sauces are made in-house. Additionally, restaurant’s owners make an effort to source locally whenever possible with most of their produce and meat coming from local farms. Agriculture Connections also provides them with many of the vegetables used to make their specials.
