Billy Ivan Warren was born in Prairie City, Oregon to William Walker Warren and Ruth Mae (Jones) Warren. He was a proud Marine working as an Auto and Tank Mechanic while serving overseas. He was also a Master Mechanic with the Operating Engineers working on the Alyeska Pipeline Terminal at Valdez, Alaska.

Bill is survived by his wife of 34 years, Margaret Warren, of La Pine, Oregon; His son, William Michael Warren of Honolulu, Hawaii and his daughters, Mokihana (Eric) Jordan and Hokulani Kokija Re Warren, both of Maui, Hawaii. He is also survived by step-children, Judy (Calvin) Gederos of Coquille, Oregon; Jan (Sam) Kirk of Willow Springs, Missouri; Phil (Janine) Alborn of Renton, Washington; Brothers Kenneth (Bonnie) Kennedy of Prairie City, Oregon; Keith (Sharon) Kennedy of Elgin, Oregon; Kermon (Sharon) of Ione, Oregon; Sisters Karrol Green of Prairie City, Oregon; Karron (Winston) Gibson of Ione, Oregon; Karmon (David) Packard of Prairie City, Oregon; 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
