OSU slugger lands Pac-12, national honors — Oregon State junior outfielder Trevor Larnach has been named the first Pac-12 player of the week for the 2018 season, the conference announced Tuesday. In addition, Larnach received national player of the week honors from both Collegiate Baseball and Perfect Game. Larnach batted .889 (8-for-9) over the first three games of the season. He also homered in the first three games as well as hitting two doubles and driving in seven runs.

Ducks postponed in Portland — Oregon’s game at the University of Portland on Wednesday has been postponed because of inclement weather, UO officials announced Tuesday. A makeup game will be announced at a later date. The Ducks (2-1) open a three-game series at Loyola Marymount on Friday in Los Angeles.
