• Jamie Orlikoff has been selected as the newest member of the St. Charles Health System board of directors. He is president of Orlikoff & Associates Inc., an international consulting firm based in Chicago that specializes in health care governance and leadership, strategy, quality, patient safety and organizational development. Orlikoff is the national adviser on governance and leadership to the American Hospital Association and Health Forum.

• Cheryl Cauthon has been promoted to branch manager of SELCO’s new west Bend location and its Old Mill branch. She joined SELCO in 2012 as an underwriter, served as assistant branch manager for the east Bend branch before transferring to the Old Mill branch. She serves on the board for the Central Oregon Chapter of Credit Unions and will be project manager for SELCO’s new sponsorship of the Pole Pedal Paddle. Cauthon was born in Lakeview and lived in the Eugene-Springfield area until relocating to Bend in 2016.

• Bill Ross, a senior vice president and financial adviser at Morgan Stanley has been named to Forbes Magazine’s inaugural list of America’s best-in-state wealth advisers.

• Emily Eberhard has joined Eberhard Dairy Products as quality assurance and laboratory technician. She has a degree in product development from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and certificates in safety quality foods and hazards analysis critical control points. The fourth-generation Eberhard joins her father, Mark Eberhard, president of Eberhard’s Dairy, in the family-owned and operated business that began in 1951.
