Pronghorn to hold weekend job fairs

Pronghorn Resort, the golf resort northeast of Bend, will hold three career fairs for people looking for work at the resort for the summer.

The first job fair will be from 10 a.m.- noon Saturday at the Redmond campus of Central Oregon Community College at 2030 SE College Loop, Building 3, Room 306. The second will be from 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. April 14 at Deschutes Brewery in The Mountain Room, 901 SW Simpson Ave., Bend. That career fair will be looking for landscaping, golf course maintenance, housekeeping, food and beverage and front and back of the house employees. The third fair will be 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. May 12 at the Ghost Tree Lounge at 65600 Pronghorn Club Drive, in Bend.

Located between Bend and Redmond off Powell Butte Highway, the resort is on 640 acres. It features a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and Tom Fazio Championship Golf Course.
