The “Lonesome Traveler” show featuring Peter Yarrow that was scheduled for Sunday at the Tower Theatre has been postponed.

Yarrow, known for his work with Peter, Paul & Mary, was rushed into emergency surgery over the weekend, said the Tower’s Executive Director Ray Solley. He is expected to be back on the road in a matter of weeks, Solley said.

The theater is working on rescheduling the show for sometime in the spring. All previously purchased tickets will be honored at the new date. Also, the Tower is offering ticketholders for this show and the canceled Jacob Jolliff and Riders in the Sky shows a 50 percent discount on tickets for John McEuen’s show March 11, according to an email from the theater.
