The case of Victor Hugo Harrizon, accused of sex crimes against a 4-year-old, was delayed this week after accusations surfaced of a potential second victim.

Shawn Kollie, attorney for the 22-year-old Redmond man, appeared in Deschutes County Circuit Court on Thursday to ask Judge A. Michael Adler for more time to prepare a defense.

Harrizon, who was scheduled to enter a plea Thursday, appeared in court via video transmission from Deschutes County jail.

He was indicted in January on seven counts of first-degree sex abuse, three counts of first-degree sodomy and one count of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration.

Harrizon’s girlfriend at the time had called Redmond Police to report her daughter had described being sexually molested by him. The alleged abuse occurred at various times between January 2016 and December 2017.

According to court documents, Harrizon admitted to Redmond Police to multiple sexual encounters with the girl.

He is being held on $300,000 security.
