• Michelle Cross has joined Summit Bank as an associate business client adviser. She received her bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science from Oregon State University and her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with an emphasis in real estate finance and development. She is a Central Oregon native and a 2006 graduate of Redmond High School.

• Phil Arends, the former Howells Realty Group lead producer, has joined Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty as manager of the Sisters branch office. He specializes in resort and vacation home real estate at Black Butte Ranch and throughout Central Oregon with more than $25.7 million in annual production in 2017.
