- Making Summer Memories
Located just outside of Sisters on the shores of Dark Lake, Camp Tamarack offers a traditional camp filled with water activities, outdoor adventures, games, arts and crafts and a whole lot of fun, all in a magical forested setting.
Camp Tamarack has a staff to camper ratio of 1 to 4 so campers get great supervision, creating the best camp experience possible.
Campers live in rustic cabins that house 6 to 8 children with programs that are age-specific to bring out the best in everyone. Younger campers try their hand at camp activities with close supervision and bedtime routines to help them feel comfortable sleeping away from home. Older campers discover more challenging activities and leadership opportunities in addition to all the traditional camp activities.
All campers are given daily choices from a variety of activities, such as art projects, swimming, boating, archery, sports and games. Our unique setting on the shore of the lake provides ample opportunities for water fun including launching a kayak to paddle to the floating dock or launching your counselor off our water trampoline.
Meals are served in the main lodge with full dining accommodations.
Days end with campfires, skits, singing and laughter. Camp Tamarack … where memories are made!
