Bend United rolls to girls lacrosse win

Joren Fettig scored four goals and had five draw controls, and Sahalie Levine had three goals and three assists to pace Bend United in a 17-3 girls lacrosse win Sunday afternoon over Marist of Eugene.
In a nonleague match played at Summit High School, Bend United improved to 3-0 overall with the help of two goals and seven draw controls by Mary Theobald.
Also for the winners, Madeline Meade had two goals, four ground balls and an assist, and Patricia Grever added four ground balls.

Girls lacrosse
Summit 17, Marist 6: Julia Stites scored six goals and freshman goalie Bridget Lockrem made 12 saves to lead Summit to the nonleague home victory over Marist. Nicole Gallivan scored three goals and Spencer Hurley and Erin McIntyre added two goals apiece for the Storm, who led all the way to improve their overall record to 4-0.
Boys lacrosse
Ridgeview 11, La Salle Prep 2: REDMOND — Jake Matheson scored four goals and had six ground balls for the host Ravens. Also for Ridgeview in the nonleague match, Danny McGinty scored three goals, Mike Ashley had two goals and eight ground balls, and Dalen Buckley-Noonan had two goals and six ground balls. Brantley Biondi had a team-high three assists for the Ravens (1-1 overall) and added eight ground balls.
