• Residence Inn Bend, 500 SW Bond St., Bend, filed an application March 12 with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission as a new outlet for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises.

• Citizen, 1045 NW Bond St., Bend, filed an application March 12 with the OLCC as a new outlet for a commercial establishment, full on-premises sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises.

• Cultus Lake Resort, 55885 Cascade Lakes Highway, Bend, filed an application March 12 with the OLCC for a change of ownership and for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and for a limited on-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off-premises consumption.

• The Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, 63459 U.S. Highway 97, Bend, filed an application March 14 with the OLCC for an additional privilege, an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• Red Lion Hotels Bend, 1415 Third St., Bend, filed an application March 14 with the OLCC for a change of ownership, a change of trade name and a limited on-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off-premises consumption.
