Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported and an arrest made at 5:14 p.m. March 18, in the 1100 block of NE Third Street.

Theft — A theft was reported at 12:20 p.m. March 19, in the 63400 block of N. U.S. Highway 97.

DUII — Carlos J. Prieto, 28, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 10:57 p.m. March 24, in the area of NW Minnesota Avenue and NW Wall Street.

DUII — Martin Hohensee, 52, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 8:54 p.m. March 25, in the area of NE U.S. Highway 20 and NE Purcell Boulevard.
