BMX Great Northwest Nationals set for Redmond

REDMOND — The USA BMX Great Northwest Nationals are set for Friday through Sunday at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center in Redmond.
The event includes hundreds of pro and amateur BMX racers from across the country racing in the First Interstate Bank Center. This weekend marks the 11th straight year that Redmond will host the Great Northwest Nationals.
A number of local and regional riders are expected to race, including two-time world champion Olivia Armstrong, of Bend.
Races begin at 5 p.m. on Friday, at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, and at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
