Hola! to Kokanee — Camp Sherman’s popular seasonal fine-dining restaurant, the Kokanee Café, will move in a new direction this year. Owner Peter Lowes has tabbed local restaurateur Marcos Rodriguez, his partner in Central Oregon’s five Hola! restaurants, to operate the Kokanee during the 2018 summer season.
