Who: Christina McKeown’s artwork is on display at Townshend’s Bend Teahouse through May 31. There will be artist receptions 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and 5 to 7 p.m. May 4.

Bend native Christina McKeown creates colorful paintings using ink and watercolor. In addition to creating wall art, she also creates art for daypacks. McKeown is a professional whitewater kayaker who brings her art supplies with her on outdoor trips to paint during downtime and when she is inspired.
