It’s time to roll out another Kegger for the Cure. Bend-based firm Adventure Medics, which provides medical services at local events such as Bend Brewfest, started the event at the Century Center in 2016 as a fundraiser for Tour des Chutes. The company’s rapid growth caused it to miss putting on an event last year, but this year the event returns to a new, indoor location in the 10 Barrel Brewing Company east side pub. This year will include a performance from local acoustic cover band Popcorn, as well as a raffle featuring adventure-themed prizes, a Ping-Pong tournament and food vendors. Proceeds from the raffle, along with $1 from every beer sold, will go to the Pediatric Foundation, which provides support for families of children with cancer.
