Born July 27, 1947, to Butch and Veva Sturza in Redmond, Oregon. On Tuesday April 10, 2018, Carmen Parker, wife, mother, daughter, grandmother and sister, passed away after battling cancer at the age of 70 years.

Carmen was a successful Beautician for over 40 years and owned her own business Le Salon for many of those years. She had a very loyal and caring clientele that were always more than just customers in her eyes.

Her favorite past time was gardening and her pond full of what she considered her babies were her koi fish. She had a great passion for her flowers and her lilies were her absolute favorite.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Parker; daughter, Deanna Wallace (Chris); sisters, Rita McFarland and Corine Polly (Ron); grandchildren, Dylon Parker, Sophia Wallace; together with several other grandchildren, nieces and nephews and best friend of over 50 years Bertha Mae.

She will be laid to rest at Grey Butte Cemetery in Madras, Oregon, at a later date and a celebration of life will be held in the near future for Carmen.
