Roger Edward Oukrop, 73, of West Richland, passed away on July 25, 2017, at Caring Hands in Kennewick. He was born January 18, 1944, in St. Helens, OR.

A Celebration of Life for Roger will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018, from 11:00am-3:00pm at the Oregon Coast Aquarium in Newport, OR.
