Tail of the fox — The Foxtail Bakeshop & Kitchen, formerly adjacent to The Pod, has opened in a new location on the north side of Bend’s historic Box Factory. Internationally trained pastry chef Nickol Hayden-Cady has teamed with David Bodi, executive chef of the Bangarang food cart, to serve healthy and creative breakfasts ($7.25 to $12.50) and lunches ($11.75 to $15.50) daily until 4 p.m. 555 NW Arizona Way, Suite 60, Bend; www.foxtailbakeshop.com, 541-213-2275.
