Justin Radatti’s sixth goal Friday was his biggest for Summit.
With less than 30 seconds left in regulation time, the Storm senior attacker netted his final score of the night, lifting Summit to a 13-12 nonconference boys lacrosse win over Roseburg and snapping the Storm’s six-game losing streak.
“It was great to get our first home win of the season,” said Summit coach Luke Hansen. “We’ve all been working hard and these young guys are really starting to step up.”
Henry Bledsoe had two goals and an assist for Summit (2-8), and Paddy Bergin and Grant McLuskie each scored once. Liam Roth totaled nine ground balls and Will Maskill had 11 saves, but the spotlight belonged to Radatti.
“This game against Roseburg,” Hansen said of his attacker, “was his first step in that direction of him taking over games.”
