New restaurant opens in former High Tides Seafood Grill location

A new citizen — Citizen Bar & Kitchen opens today in the former High Tides Seafood Grill, opposite Deschutes Brewery’s downtown pub. Chef Luke Mason, formerly of The French Market, will serve an evening menu of small plates ($8 to $13) with a short entree list (to $27). Owners Gene Soto and Romania-born Sanda Costello, who became a U.S. citizen on April 10, also relocated their Bowtie Catering Co. to this location. Full bar.
