La Magie Bakery (Bend): 85 — Display case thermometer is not readable. No chlorine test strips available for dish machine or sanitizer buckets. Back pastry dough room handwashing sink is blocked by flour tray. Kitchen handwashing sink has non-perforated roll of towels which requires a dispenser. Uncleanable, unapproved butter mop used in kitchen applications. Pantry doughroom handwashing sink is covered in flour with buildup in basin.
Health inspections were conducted by the Deschutes County Public Health Department and reflect violations observed at the time of inspection.
