• Cascade Street Distillery’s Broken Top Bourbon has been named one of 50 bourbons in 50 states by USA Today. Founded in 2015 by siblings Nick and Katie Beasley, Cascade Street Distillery is based in Sisters.

• La Pine & Sunriver Physical Therapy has partnered with northwest regional company Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy. The practice will operate under the new names Therapeutic Associates Sunriver Physical Therapy at 56881 Enterprise Drive and Therapeutic Associates La Pine Physical Therapy at 51681 Huntington Road.

• Four Bend companies — DrinkTanks, makers of stainless steel growlers; Gobi Gear, designer and developer of multichamber packing sacks; Hydaway, producer of reusable, collapsible drinking bottles; and Silipint, designer of silicone drink ware — were among the 12 Oregon companies to attend the 25th OutDoor Show in Friedrichshafen, Germany, with Business Oregon, the state’s economic development agency. In the previous eight years, companies attending this show with Business Oregon have reported more than $41 million in expected sales, according to Business Oregon.

• A new Redmond transit hub is scheduled to open in early July at 777 SW Kalama Ave. offering direct connections to Bend, Sisters, Prineville and Madras. The hub will feature a park-and-ride lot, real-time arrival and departure signs, passenger shelters, a covered bike rack, a waiting garden with public art and restrooms. Funding for the Redmond transit hub was provided by Regional Solutions, Redmond Urban Renewal Agency, Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council, Oregon Community Foundation and a Connect Oregon grant.
