Shari’s of South Redmond, of 1565 Odem Medo Road, will pay a civil penalty of $1,485 or serve a nine-day liquor license suspension, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission ruled June 14. The restaurant was cited for failing to verify the age of a minor before the minor was served an alcoholic beverage when the person reasonably appeared to be under 26 years of age. The restaurant will also be removed from the Responsible Vendor Program list.
