Top rail of ice cream cooler holding milk, whipped cream and toppings holding 58-70 degrees. In mop area, hose connected with no back-flow device on faucet. The secondary dipper well, not currently in use, hangs below the rim of the well. Open employee drink container noted in reach-in refrigerator. No paper towels at hand-washing sink. Interior of ice cream coolers need to be cleaned, also buildup of ice on interior.
Clock Tower Pub: 81 — Raw shell eggs stored over ready-to-eat food in reach-in. Ice machine has black slime. No Person in Charge (PIC) at time of inspection. Fan guards and shelving dirty. Hamburger thawing at room temperature. Walls and shelving in kitchen are dirty.
Gallery Restaurant and Bar: 81 — Observed cook eating and returning to work without washing hands. Fan guard on cook reach-in is dirty. Observed employee eating on the cook line. Facility is out of test kit for sanitizer. No hand towels at hand-washing sink. Shelving in walk-in and reach-in is dirty.
El Caporal (Sunriver): 83 — Drawer line cooler holding at 45 degrees on bottom right drawer. No consistent date marking system observed in place for items in main kitchen — this includes foods cooked in other establishment and brought to this facility. Egg dishes served over-easy not marked with consumer advisory. In-use knives stored slipped between two line coolers in non-clean or sanitized area. Wiping cloths stored on counters and sanitizer bucket showing 10 parts-per-million chlorine. Counter tops and cabinets around hand sink and bar area are cracking and not easily cleanable or durable. Ice machine air filters are not clean, fan over hood in kitchen is not clean, and there is mold buildup behind hand sink.
Subway (La Pine): 83 — Meatballs and chicken placed in hot holding wells before fully reheated (meatballs at 94 degrees). No illness policy posted, employee was not aware of the reportable diseases or symptoms. Open drink containers on prep table. No hand towels at back hand wash sink. Packages of cooked meats in food sink.
