• Bend Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the SAGE Business Awards Gala 2018 to be held Sept. 7 at Riverhouse on the Deschutes. Go to bendchamber.org/sage-business-awards-nomination-form to submit. Deadline is Thursday.
• Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty has launched an Asia desk to serve the real estate and relocation needs of Asian buyers, headed by principal broker Michael Zhang. Zhang will collaborate with the Sotheby’s International Realty offices in Asia to assist buyers looking for investments in the Pacific Northwest.
• Robberson Ford raised more than 6.8 tons of peanut butter at its Ford Focus on Child Hunger Drive held at Newport Avenue Market in Bend and Erickson’s Thriftway in Prineville during May. The peanut butter was donated in mid-June to Neighbor Impact. The drive was part of a five-state Pacific Northwest region campaign by Ford dealers to support their community food banks and to make sure no child goes hungry over the summer.
• Mosaic Medical Mobile Community Clinic has provided care to more than 500 at-risk youth and homeless individuals over the past year through the support of The Roundhouse Foundation, St. Charles Health System, The Crevier Family Foundation, Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation and Les Schwab Tires. The full-service clinic on wheels travels to locations in Bend, Redmond and Sisters.
• Best Western Premier Peppertree Inn at Bend has opened at 1082 SW Yates Drive in Bend.
• Worksource Prineville has relocated to 457 NE Ochoco Plaza Drive.
• 97 Mart, 776 NE U.S. Highway 97, Madras, filed an application June 15 with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for a change of ownership and for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and for sample tastings of malt beverages, wine and cider.
• River’s Place, 787 NE Purcell Blvd., Bend, filed an application June 19 with the OLCC as a new outlet for a full on-premises commercial sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises.
• West Coast Provisions, 2735 NW Crossing Drive, Suite 103, Bend, filed an application June 20 with the OLCC as a new outlet for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises.
• Maple Moon Marketplace, 433 SW Sixth St., Redmond, filed an application June 25 with the OLCC as a new outlet for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises.
• Loco Place, 1106 SW Highland Ave., Redmond, filed an application June 26 with the OLCC as a new outlet for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises.
• Volcano Vineyards, 20685 Carmen Loop, Suite 150B, Bend, filed an application June 28 with the OLCC for a change of location for a winery, which allows the licensee to import, bottle, produce, blend, store, transport and export wines, and allows wholesale sales to OLCC and licensees, and retail sales of malt beverages and wine for consumption on or off the licensed premises.
