Spoken Moto marks two years of bikes, brews, music in Bend

Over the last two years, Spoken Moto — the combination bar/coffee shop/purveyor of vintage motorcycles near the Old Mill District — has stood out as go-to spot for live music thanks to its unique atmosphere and funky (in a good way) vibe. So it makes sense for the venue to celebrate with a full day of music Saturday. The second Twist and Shout event will feature performances from blues-rockers Loose Platoon, post-punk trio The Roof Rabbits, angular rockers Bony Chanterelle, Southern rock duo Sister Antics (from Nashville), world/roots rock combo Guardian of the Underdog and surf-y punk band Helga. A 100-mile, group motorcycle ride on the Crooked River Highway beginning at 10 a.m. and mini-bike races in the afternoon round out the day.

Spoken Moto Twist and Shout two-year anniversary: 10 a.m. Saturday, music begins at 12:45 p.m.; free; Spoken Moto, 310 SW Industrial Way, Bend; spokenmoto.com or 541-306-6689.
