Betsch — Phillips

Brandy Betsch and Scott Phillips, both of Bend, were married Aug. 26 in an outdoor ceremony at Bussard Ranch, in Bend. A reception followed at the same venue.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Margaret Betsch, of Bend. She is a 1993 graduate of Mountain View High School.

The groom is the son of Sylvia Phillips, of Broomfield, Colorado. He is a 1982 graduate of Charles Woodward High School, in Rockville, Maryland.

The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and spent nine days sunbathing and experiencing the food, culture and scenery.

The couple have settled in Bend.
