Theft — A theft was reported and an arrest made at 4:46 p.m. July 15, in the 3100 block of S. U.S. Highway 97.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported and an arrest made at 12:28 a.m. July 18, in the 800 block of SE Third Street.

Burglary — A burglary was reported at 12:40 p.m. July 10, in the 19800 block of Touchmark Way.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 8:57 a.m. July 16, in the 20500 block of Brinson Boulevard.

Theft — A theft was reported at 8:56 a.m. July 17, in the 400 block of SE Third Street.

DUII — Joseph Anthony Stra III, 51, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and criminal mischief with more than $1,000 in damages at 8:13 p.m. July 17, in the area of U.S. Highway 97 and Empire Avenue.

Burglary — A burglary was reported and an arrest made at 9:48 a.m. July 18, in the 500 block of SE Fourth Street.

DUII — Devin Andrew Boyer, 42, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving at 8:17 p.m. July 18, in the area of Brosterhous Road and Knott Road.

DUII — Ryan Michael Nairn, 29, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and theft at 1:51 p.m. July 19, in the area of Powers Road and S. U.S. Highway 97.

Theft — A theft was reported at 7:17 p.m. July 19, in the 62900 block of O.B. Riley Road.
