Bend Police Department

Theft — A theft was reported and an arrest made at 8:06 p.m. July 19, in the 63400 N. U.S. Highway 97.

Theft — A theft was reported at 9:08 p.m. July 19, in the area of NW McKay Avenue and NW Riverside Boulevard.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 2:44 p.m. July 21, in the 500 block of NW Congress Street.

Theft — A theft was reported at 9:46 a.m. July 22, in the area of SW Division Street and SW Industrial Way.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 10:07 a.m. July 19, in the 400 block of SW Bluff Drive.

Theft — A theft was reported at 1:49 p.m. July 21, in the 400 block of SW Powerhouse Drive.

DUII — Ryan Carl Lauray, 37, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and criminal mischief with damages in excess of $1,000 at 9:30 p.m. July 14, in the area of Empire Avenue and the N. U.S. Highway 97 off-ramp.

Unauthorized use — A vehicle was reported stolen at 5:37 a.m. July 17, in the 200 block of NE Franklin Avenue.

Theft — A theft was reported and an arrest made at 11:35 a.m. July 18, in the 63000 block of Layton Avenue. The suspect was also charged with possession of a firearm and unlawful entry and theft of a motor vehicle.

DUII — Nicholas Alexander Baning, 22, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 9:30 p.m. July 18, in the area of NE 12th Street and NE Greenwood Avenue.

DUII —Jake Steven Vossler,19, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 7:41 p.m. July 19, in the 700 block of NW Bond Street.

Theft — A theft was reported at 5:57 p.m. July 21, in the 63400 block of N. U.S. Highway 97.

DUII — Brandon Anthony Underzagt, 42, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, causing a hit-and-run accident with injury and probation/parole violation at 9:02 p.m. July 21, in the area of Pettigrew Road and Reed Market Road.

DUII — Troy Richard Kalama, 31, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while license is suspended/revoked at 5:40 p.m. July 22, in the 1900 block of NE U.S. Highway 20.

Theft — A theft was reported at 7:32 a.m. July 23, in the 61500 block of Parrell Road.
