Bend will host the 2019 West Coast League All-Star Game, league commissioner Rob Neyer announced Thursday.

No date was announced for the game, which will be played at Vince Genna Stadium, home of the Bend Elks. According to a WCL release, the date of the annual midsummer showcase game will be announced with the league’s full 2019 schedule in the fall.

The WCL’s 12th All-Star Game will be the first ever played in Bend and will take place during the Elks’ 20th year as a summer collegiate baseball franchise.
