Police searched a Redmond home over the weekend and arrested two people after discovering a raft of drugs and items associated with alleged drug sales.

Dustin M. Gates, 29, and Randy M. Thomas, 30, are described by police as residents of a home at 1904 N.E. 8th St. in Redmond. At about 7 a.m. Saturday morning, officers with the Redmond Police Department and the Central Oregon Emergency Response Team searched the home after an investigation into alleged drug sales.

Police say they found drugs valued at $13,000, along with drug-related sale items inside the home and a small lab for making butane honey oil.

Both are suspected of 13 crimes each, including possession, delivery and manufacture of Oxycodone, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, and possession of fireworks.

Gates and Thomas are scheduled to be arraigned on indictment July 30 in Deschutes County Circuit Court.
