Dolores C. Garcia’s sun rose on July 5, 1931 in Utuado, Puerto Rico. Her sun set on July 24, 2018. She spent the last seven years of her life in Redmond, Oregon.

Dolores was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, and she enjoyed sewing.

She is survived by two daughters, three sons, nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Recitation of the Rosary will be at 9:00 AM, Monday, July 30, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 1720 NW 19th St., Redmond, OR. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 AM. Graveside Service will be after Mass, at the Redmond Memorial Cemetery, 3045 S Canal Blvd.

It was her wish that her life be celebrated by friends and family, and that any donations be made to St. Thomas Catholic Church in lieu of flowers.
