Linda was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She passed away at home with her loving husband and their family.

Linda was born September 16, 1961, in Portland, Oregon, to Ambrose and Charlott (Beaty) Denfeld. In 1976, Linda’s parents moved to Bend, Oregon. Linda graduated from Bend Senior High School in 1979 and graduated from Oregon State University in 1983.

On August 20, 1983, Linda married her best friend and sweetheart, Kris Warner, at St. Francis of Assisi in Bend, Oregon. In 1988, Linda and Kris welcomed their daughter, Kelsie, into the world and in 2001 the three of them were overjoyed to welcome their son, Blake.

Linda is remembered for her famous hugs that made everyone feel so special. She lived for spending time with her friends and family, cheering on her kids, and spending every moment she could with her husband. Linda worked in the Bend La Pine School District and loved what she did. Her daily goal was to make sure that each child she saw knew they mattered and that they were important.

Linda is survived by her husband of 34 years, Kris; their daughter and son-in-law, Kelsie and Phil Davis of Milwaukie; and their son, Blake Warner of Bend; her siblings: Denny Denfeld of Mitchell, Oregon; Cathy and Randy Brusse of Carson, Washington; Dale and Leslie Denfeld of Beaverton, Oregon; Larry and Shari Denfeld of Bend, Oregon; and Ed and Julie Denfeld of Bend, Oregon, and numerous beloved cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at BRPD Pine Nursery Shelter at Pine Nursery Park from 1 PM to 4 PM.
