Los Angeles-based tenor saxophonist Bob Sheppard will kick off the 12th season of Jazz at Joe’s at Cascades Theatre on Oct. 19, with a quartet featuring guitarist Larry Koonse, bassist Tom Wakeling and drummer Todd Strait. The season continues Nov. 17, Jan. 26, March 23 and May 18, with artists to be announced. Tickets cost $44 or $20 for students and are on sale now at jazzatjoes.com.
