Bend Police Department

Burglary — A burglary was reported and an arrest made at 6:42 p.m. Aug. 7, in the 20400 block of Rae Road.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 11:47 a.m. Aug. 10, in the 1800 block of NE U.S. Highway 20.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 9:15 a.m. Aug. 11, in the 61500 block of S. U.S. Highway 97.

Theft — A theft was reported at 1:37 p.m. Aug. 11, in the 300 block of SW Century Drive.

DUII — Nicole Venessa Uribe-Vega, 33, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 3:16 a.m. Aug. 9, in the area of NE Third Street and NE Lafayette Avenue.

DUII — Joshua Sterling Ashley, 28, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving while suspended/with revoked license and probation/parole violation at 3:44 p.m. Aug. 11, in the area of Boyd Acres Road and NE Warner Place.

DUII — Mindy Lyn Wood, 46, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 8:10 p.m. Aug. 12, in the area of NE Third and NE Division streets.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 10:02 p.m. Aug. 12, in the area of SW Simpson Avenue and SW Columbia Street.

Theft — A theft was reported at 9:44 a.m. Aug. 13, in the area of NE Neff Road and NE 27th Street.

DUII/Criminal mischief/Hit-and-run/Unlawful entry — Michael Anthony Dye, 38, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, criminal mischief and hit-and-run accident involvement with damages in excess of $1,000, driving while suspended/with revoked license and unlawful entry into a vehicle at 6:36 p.m. Aug. 8, in the 2000 block of NE Full Moon Drive.

Crook County Sheriff’s Department

Vehicle crash — A fatal accident occurred on Madras Highway north of Prineville. Deputies provided assistance to Oregon State Police.

Theft — A theft was reported and investigated at 12:35 p.m. Aug. 1, on SW Valley View Road in Powell Butte.

Vehicle crash — A motorcycle accident was reported and investigated at 1:45 p.m. Aug. 4 on NW Lambert Road and NW Smith Rock Way in Lone Pine.

Vehicle crash — An accident was reported at 10:16 p.m. Aug. 8, in the area of SW Eighth Street and SW Glacier Avenue.

Hit-and-run — A hit-and-run incident was reported at 11:46 a.m. Aug. 9, the 300 NW Quince Avenue.

Theft — A theft was reported at 1:55 p.m. Aug. 9, in the 400 block of SW Rimrock Way.

Hit-and-run — A hit-and-run incident was reported at 2:58 p.m. Aug. 9, in the 700 block of SW Deschutes Avenue.

Vehicle crash — An accident was reported at 6:35 p.m. Aug. 9, in the 900 block of SW 23rd Street.

Theft — A theft was reported at 7:40 p.m. Aug. 9, in the 2600 block of SW 23rd Street.
