DUII — Gian Carlos Springer, 24, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering at 10:19 p.m. Aug. 17, in the 300 block of NE Hemlock Avenue

Theft — A theft occurred and an arrest made at 1:08 p.m. Aug. 18, in the 300 block of NW Oak Tree Lane. The suspect was also charged with criminal trespass and interfering with a police officer.
